Brooklyn Origami - Guinea Pig I 1

Start with a 4 1/2" by 7 1/2" rectangular piece of paper that is the same color on both sides. The finished model will be roughly 3" in length. NOTE: Any rectangular piece of paper with a width to length ratio of 3 by 5 can be used. For example, if you want a larger guinea pig, use a 6" by 10" piece of paper.

GUINEA PIG #1

[1] Fold in half lengthwise, then unfold.

[2] Divide the top half into 3 sections (use a pencil to mark the paper if necessary). Starting at point X, fold the top edge downward toward crease line AB. Point X is located at 1/3 the width of the top half.
